  • Please bring ID and Med Aid card for first visit
  • We are a cashless practice – card facilities are available
  • GP referrals / referral codes are required for some GEMS options – please enquire with your Med Aid prior to booking a consultation
  • The practice is contracted to the following Med Aids:
    • Discovery (excl Keycare option)
    • GEMS
    • FedHealth
    • Bankmed (excl Basic option)
    • Polmed

      No levy / co-payment is required for these Med Aids

  • Private patients and patients from non-contracted Med Aids will need to pay cash on the day of consultation, and may submit their own claims to the scheme if they wish. Claims for theatre cases for non-contracted Med Aids will be done by the practice, but a co-payment will be charged
